Scope of Cooperation Your responsibilities will cover the full-process official services for our clients’ corporate matters: - Draft formal and compliant legal documents for company establishment and corporate amendment in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations - Review all drafted documents for regulatory compliance and accuracy - Physically witness document signing, affix official notary signatures and stamps - Issue official notarial deeds and complete supporting procedural documents - Complete full official submission of all notarized documents to AHU (Administrasi Hukum Umum, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of Indonesia) - Deliver original hard copies with wet stamps and high-resolution scanned PDF versions of all finalized documents Cooperation Qualifications & Delivery Standards (Mandatory) - Hold a valid and active notary license officially authorized for DKI Jakarta - Every page of all legal documents must be properly executed with official notary stamp, handwritten signature and valid notary registration number - All finalized and notarized documents must be 100% AHU-submittable directly, with no further revisions, amendments or corrections required We prioritize long-term strategic partnership rather than one-time service.
