Law contract quick and easy

I have a list of notables and entitlements for logistic services and just need a quick agreement drafted outlining those. Bedstone Creative appreciates the opportunity to bid this and is willing to do it what it takes to secure the partnership with PLACEHOLDER. I am proposing the tentative agreement that I believe will help PLACEHOLDER see an immediate impact to savings while also giving you the ability to offer next day turnaround times for internal/external customers. We believe that PLACEHOLDER will find value in using us as your Warehousing logistics fulfillment partner and if the below is acceptable we can move forward with drafting a formal agreement in place. Notables: 1.1 $175,000 Per Year for years fixed rate for 3 years no commitment required - (Up to 2,250 Machines enrolled, $10/Month for each additional machine after this.) 1.2 Bedstone will hold all PLACEHOLDER inventory to support advanced 24 hr RMA service for all product lines. Bedstone will provide quarterly inventory reports or as requested. 1.3 No fees for warehousing/backstock - 1.4 Full White label service – All labels etc. will be fully PLACEHOLDER branded 1.5 PLACEHOLDER responsible for shipping fees - We will ship on PLACEHOLDER account to take advantage of Fortive level agreement pricing. PC Enrollment Entitlements (Bedstone will maintain all PC’s that are enrolled in the program.) 2.1 Bedstone will maintain all PC’s that are enrolled in the program. 2.2 Bedstone will clean and disinfect all returned machines prior to placing them in its depot to be returned to service. 2.3 Bedstone will cover all labor associated to any repairs, warranty management, imaging, bios configurations. 2.4 Bedstone will provide technical support for any machine experiencing issues to help troubleshoot software/hardware. 2.5 Bedstone will provide and maintain drivers for all supported PC’s and peripherals. 2.6 Bedstone will work with all OEM’s for warranty services to prevent the Order Fulfillment Specialist from having to manage each vendor. As a one stop shop Bedstone will follow it all the way through completion. 2.7 Bedstone will build and maintain any windows images to PLACEHOLDER Specification. 2.8 Bedstone will manage and properly dispose or recycle any e-waste at PLACEHOLDER approval associated with this project. We can also include provisions for this to include internal PLACEHOLDER IT systems such as workstations to employees etc. We know that post COVID transition is changing the landscape for how businesses operate and we are here to support the business.
