I have multiple shipment on hold on shipping forward company located in Florida, they refuse to ship it to our address ( they claim invoice invalid or something item was bought from ebay ) and refuse to send it to other forwarder company ( I think cause they competitor or something ). now the shipment on hold for two month and our customer waiting for it and they replay poorly with no help at all and we losing money as this item used for bigger machine and needed fast.
item: is computer , monitor , and some plastic holders.
if any have experience in this matter please help. Thanks
