Trademark Registration: Search, Filling, and Follow up

You will need to bid for the following tasks: 1. Fill up the application on the USPTO site. Please include in your bid the application fee and all other charges that you need to incur during the registration process. 2. Pay the application fee. 3. Handle the whole prosecution process, in case any clarification or objection is raised, and all the process until my mark is registered. 4. Work hard and do all possible to get the mark to the best of your knowledge. 5. The name search required before the application process. I agree to pay up to $75 USD if things get really complicated and we are close to getting the mark.
