I am seeking a strict, dominant female Domme to take full control of my personal development and fitness regimen through a firm, no-excuses accountability partnership. You will be responsible for enforcing discipline, tracking progress, and applying appropriate consequences when necessary to ensure complete adherence to my set goals. This position requires someone commanding, dominant, and results-driven who is comfortable using a mix of verbal authority, written warnings, and privilege restrictions to maintain control. You will dictate schedules, routines, and consequences, ensuring absolute obedience with no room for negotiation. Key Responsibilities: Take full control over my daily personal development & fitness schedule. Enforce strict discipline with clear rules, tasks, and deadlines. Conduct check-ins every other day to track progress and ensure compliance. Apply firm consequences for failure, including verbal reprimands, written warnings, and privilege restrictions. Maintain authority in all interactions, ensuring no deviation from my assigned tasks. Provide motivation through dominance, ensuring I stay accountable and improve consistently. Requirements: Strong authoritative presence with the ability to command obedience. Experience in dominance, accountability coaching, or a similar role is a plus. Confident, firm, and unyielding in enforcing discipline. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Willing to set clear rules, demand results, and hold me accountable. Comfortable using assertive verbal and written methods to reinforce discipline.
