This project is for a Real Estate Appraisal with a Google PR 4.
We need PR4 or greater INBOUND links to the site. The links MUST be:
One way non-reciprocal links. NO link exchanges. Linking page has to be PR4 or higher. No PR-0 link pages will be accepted.
All links must be permanent.
All links must be on Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate, Realtor, Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Lender themed sites.
Only direct static links will be approved. You MUST check that the acquired link is spiderable. We will not pay for links that are hidden, cloaked or redirected in any way. Links from FFAs, Linkfarms, and Spam Websites are not acceptable.
Links must be from different, geographically diverse, Class-C IP Addresses.
The links should be from a mix of informational websites and industry directories.
Links must be on pages with 20-40 outgoing links at most.
Proposed linked websites must have been Google crawled and indexed within last 45 days.
APPROVAL PROCESS (Proposed links MUST be approved first):
You source all proposed link sites and send them to us for approval prior to posting. We will not pay any fees for links over and above those fees to be paid to you.
You will provide all proposed link data in an Excel Spreadsheet which will include: Prposed Link-Site URL, Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank, Alexus Traffic Rank, and IP Address.
ONCE APPROVED BY US:
You submit the information to the approved sites.
When links are up and running, you update the original spreadsheet by adding the URL for the incoming link and send us the revised spreadheet.
We are looking to build 10 new links per month and will pay monthly for those actual links generated each month.
This is not a one time link building camoaign. It is intended to be an ongoing project for at least the next six to twelve months (assuming you are happy to continue and we are happy with your services), so please bid accordingly.
