I have a very unique "contract recruiting department services" RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model that has been successful with companies of all sizes. Current long-term clients include companies in the Government IT Services, Large-Project Construction, Manufacturing, Interior Design, Accounting Services, Law Firms, Digital Marketing companies, and Hospitals/Healthcare Clinics.
We are VERY different compared to ANY staffing or search firm and, unlike MOST Recruitment Process Outsourcing organizations, we DO come in at a price point of "less than half of a typical search firm fee of 20% of 1st year's salary."

This position will hold the critical responsibilities of architecting the front-end research process for all new positions delivered to us by our clients, using multiple systems within an exceptionally sophisticated sourcing process.
This architecture delivers hundreds of new prospective candidates per day, into our email marketing and phone prospecting systems, also managed by you, feeding the work activities for most of the remainder of our staff at Employment Process Group. There is no single role in this company that is more critical to its success and the successful work our people deliver every day!
Design and implement overall recruiting strategy, based on various attributes of each unique position
Access position information, research, and understand the desired and required knowledge, skills, abilities of the role along with any wiggle room areas, to pull "layers" of qualified candidates in a way that the most qualified candidates will be contacted first, through each phase of our touchpoint process.
Use social media subscriptions, "data scraping and bot" technology, data download/format/upload processes, and subscriptions email marketing and phone prospecting systems to load quality prospective candidate data
Author consolidated version recruitment materials provided by the client and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc, as and if needed, along with providing outreach recruitment marketing campaign content
Provide direction and guidance to our sourcing and phone prospecting team members, solicit feedback to improve subsequent data uploads, and ensure prospective candidate pipelines NEVER run out until the role is filled, for each position
Identify, research, and introduce additional opportunities to access talent through social media touchpoints using and leveraging the latest technologies introduced to the marketplace, in ways that other recruiting and staffing firms have NO idea how to even get started!
Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Talent Acquisition Strategy Core Team members for delivery and regular update to the client, at least weekly
As we grow, interview, hire, train and motivate direct reports to do this work outlined above and elevate yourself to Manager in no less than 1 year, but likely MUCH sooner!
A minimum of 2+ years of recent experience in a talent acquisition role with similar responsibilities
