I need someone to configure our AWS account so that we can get a list of all the soft & hard bounces and complaints email addresses in a temporary database. So 1 database, 3 tables each with a list of email addresses for hard bounces, soft bounces, complaints.

I have good experience in managing email bounces. I can configure your SES service to notify both transient and permanent email bounces and create a lambda serverless script to record the details in a DynamoDB service (or database of your choice) .Lambda can get you the bounces processed with no cost (If you have not used lambda very heavily already) and dynamodb can get data stored for less cost compared to other database services.
I have saved SES events already to S3 in a reporting format I am sure I can adjust the saving to a DB, whichever you like the most either RDS, DynamoDB, etc.
