We are a live events website and we need code that can automatically screen-capture every live event (livestream) with audio. The code has to be scalable, as we often have multiple events running simultaneously. One approach would be to launch an instance or container for every event, capture the screen, then save it to s3. The frame rate has to be at least 24fps, with a minimum 2048×1080 resolution.
We need a Dockerfile example to complete the following task.
1. If I type docker run -v $(pwd):/app -e web=[login to view URL] imagename
2. I will get a mkv(h264) file which records this website with a 2048×1080 resolution, 24fps and high quality audio.
You may need to launch chrome and open this web page, then launch ffmpeg to record to mkv file.
Technology: docker + Chrome + ffmpeg + AWS ec2 (linux + amd64)

I am a core developer at VLC media player Team. In one of my older projects I modified chromium code to directly dump all the HTML5 video played by any [login to view URL] project looks very similar.
