Control panel for a sterilizer using php mysql linux

Need to create a control panel for a sterlizer equipment. It has a linux based operating system. Need to create a software to control the process cycles of the sterilizer.
The sterilizer will have 640 x 480 dimention of a panel to control.
The software need to be created using php, mysql on linux OS.
It will have follwoing screens. More details about the functionality of the screens will be provided on further discussions.
1. Startup Screen.
2. Main screen.
3. Vacuum cycles screen
4. Steam only cycle screen
5. User settings screen.
6. Settings screen
7. Reports screen
8. Info Screen (Help)
Need to create web service to interact with the machine using serial communication like RS232 or SPI
