We have an embedded system running on Supermicro Atom C2000 motherboards for ~5 years. The OS is Ubuntu 10.04, which requires new drivers to boot on the Supermicro Atom C3000 motherboards. We need to keep the same OS. We only need USB and Ethernet working. The Intel ixgbe driver for Ethernet supports > kernel 2.6.18, which includes Ubuntu 10.04. Intel should provide the equivalent for USB. This project is to get Ubuntu 10.04 to boot on the Supermicro Atom C3000 ("Denverton") motherboard. We can provide remote access to 2x systems. One is running Ubuntu 10.04 on Supermicro C2000 for upgrade. We can provide "keyboard-video-mouse" access via BIOS IPMI on the Supermicro C3000 system to test/confirm boot.
