Hi, I know the frustration of having a NAS that's running slowly! I worked in IT for four years doing Linux sysadmin work, and have myself worked with Synology and Netgear NASes, so I'm confident I can diagnose the issue with your mail server. If I can't fix it (i.e. if it's an issue with the hardware or just general system load) I won't expect or request any payment.
