Fix Web Communication Issue Between App on Linux VPS and Java/C# Program on Remote Windows Servers

I have a Windows app (in PHP and Laravel) residing on a Linux VPS trying to communicate to a program coded in Java/C# that resides on my two Windows 2008 remote servers. The communication has been fine for 2 years till 4 days ago. Recently, the Java/C# program residing on the Windows 2008 Servers have been giving me the following error: WebSocketServer: handleConnection http status: 400 error: Missing Sec-WebSocket and also Error reading http request I believe the problem is with something misconfigured on the Windows Servers. I would like an experienced developer with Java / C# experience to see if he can trouble shoot through this issue on the Windows Servers. Ideally, he can fix the web socket issue so that the Laravel app can effectively communicate again with the desktop programs on my Windows servers. Though I'm posting in the $30-$250 range, I would prefer to get it fixed for $30-$100.
