openvpn server problem on centos 7 and dhcp

On some centos7 server, when we run the openvpn server set-up shell script. I've encountered 2 problems.
[login to view URL] some cases, we can connect to the server but we can't open a webpage i.e. no Internet available.
[login to view URL] works fine on the first-time setup, but if we use dhclient to release and regain a new IP. Same situation as case 1. Connected but no internet available.
Looking for someone who is an expert in Centos7 and openvpn.
