Terraform Assistance

Have my Terraform setup and was working good – the Terraform builds and creates 2 instances but is not working as the IPs are changing the Elastic IP is not accessible?

Are you familiar with Terraform on AWS? Can you offer assistance to ensure my ELB comes up for the auto scaling?

Is $10 ok? (Please note I am out of work and have a small budget)
