Upgrade several Lenovo laptops and HP All-In-One systems with bios/firmware/OS

Looking for hardware "geek" to "upgrade" several Lenovo laptops and also several HP all-in-one computers.
Currently these have factory installed Windows operating system. I am looking to have these reflashed and "fixed" with updated bios/firmware (coreboot and SeaBios) to ensure privacy and security, disabling any potential privacy and security risks in underlying hardware and firmware. Then install open source Linux derivative OS such as Ubuntu.
Will need to do one unit first, will need full proposal how to handle something like this.
i have several of: HP Pavilion All-in-One PC, Model No. 24 - b016.
