Your role is to guide the entire dissolution process inside Lithuania, working in Lithuanian with the Registrų centras and VMI. Key tasks • Prepare and submit all liquidation and deregistration paperwork to the Registry Centre. • Secure tax clearance from VMI, including final zero-activity declarations. • Confirm legal compliance at every stage and deliver the final strike-off confirmation.
