Factory Sourcing: Precision Acrylic Panels

I need an experienced sourcing partner to pinpoint a factory that can manufacture clear acrylic panels measuring 243 × 243 × 10 mm, complete with several indentations of varying size, shape, and depth. Every unit must be sleek and visually appealing, match the CAD specification to the millimetre and arrive with smooth polished, burr-free edges so end-users never risk cuts. My launch order will be about 90,000 units, and, assuming sales go well, repeat orders will grow significantly. I therefore have to be confident the chosen facility can hold tight tolerances on large-scale runs, offer reliable quality-control reporting, and communicate smoothly in English. My project is very price sensitive and I would like to know the price for each unit if I were to order 1000, 10,000 or 100,000 units. Acceptance criteria for your deliverable • A vetted shortlist (minimum three) of factories that already work with clear acrylic on production volumes of 50k + pieces. • For each factory: location, contact person, email/phone, production lead-time estimates, tooling/MOQ requirements, certificates held (ISO 9001, etc.), and at least one photo or video link showing comparable work. • Confirmation that they can achieve   – exact indentation dimensions and shapes   – precise positioning on the panel   – consistent depth within agreed tolerance • Evidence of edge-finishing capability (polished, chamfered or radius) that eliminates sharpness. • Initial price indications broken down by tooling, per-unit, and shipping to my port (INCOTERM noted). • A brief risk assessment highlighting any red flags or negotiation points. I will provide the final CAD drawings and QC checklist once the relationship starts, so please indicate any NDAs you typically use.
