I need a sharp, detail-oriented assistant who can keep IT Hero’s nation-wide field service engine humming. The standard operating procedures, templates, and workflows are already built; your job is to execute them with precision, spot gaps early, and keep everything updated when changes roll out. Client coordination is where I place the greatest emphasis. Every ticket must feel effortless to the customer, even when multiple technicians, suppliers, or couriers are involved. To make that happen you’ll be responsible for: • Scheduling client appointments across Australia’s time zones • Managing day-to-day client communications, ensuring expectations are always clear • Tracking each job’s progress from intake to closure and surfacing any blockers fast You’ll also interact with technicians, couriers, subcontractors, and finance (for invoicing) while keeping documentation in sync with our existing SOP library. Familiarity with common field-service or help-desk platforms, cloud document suites, and basic logistics terminology will help you hit the ground running.
