International Freight Forwarding Specialist

I’m looking for an experienced freight-forwarding partner who can move my cargo by both air and sea while keeping every document and clearance step watertight. The work is strictly international, so you’ll be coordinating with overseas carriers, ports, and customs offices on multiple continents. Your core responsibilities will be: • Customs clearance – ensure smooth import/export processing and duty optimisation • Documentation handling – prepare and submit all airway bills, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and any regulatory paperwork on schedule • Cargo insurance – arrange the right cover so each shipment is fully protected door-to-door Please outline the trade lanes you already service, the digital platforms or TMS you use for booking and tracking, and any certifications (e.g., IATA, FIATA, AEO) that prove your compliance record. If you have preferred carrier contracts or volume-based rates that could benefit us, highlight those as well. Success for this engagement means shipments released from customs without delay, complete and accurate document packs delivered to me before cargo arrival, and confirmation that every load is insured at the agreed value.
