Fast Turnaround Graphic Designer for small tasks needed

Hi,
I write blogs and website content. I need a graphic designer who can create simple designs which match the content of my write-ups.
This is a continuous work which will go on for more than a year. I require about 50000 images. My budget is Rs.10 for 1 such custom created images. That means for 500 images mile stone I will give Rs.5000. I am not fussy about the creativity but said that I would wish to go with a designer who is fast and imaginative and does not give me a reason to reject any of his created images. The freelancer who writes the best proposal will be chosen by me as proper communication is what I believe in. I need 3 images per article. The images should be in a descending order of visual understanding. Which means the first image should lead to the second and the second to the third. But one of these(we can call it the Main Image) should be directly speaking about the article.
The above requirement will help me to use the Main Image for the blog and the remaining 2 including the Main Image for a video that I will be creating to support the blog. I am not very picky about the images as long as they don't seem copied and send out a clear message.
