Brand Identity - Logo, Website and Templates

Job Description:
For a start-up Rehabilitation Treatment Center in Southern California. Our client is a small band of specialists who need a simple, yet well executed, Brand Identity exercise to launch their business. Brief is still undefined, so the scope will materialize as we bring on the right designer. Assume at minimum the following:
- a logo that will embody / represent the company's values. Logo must be versatile - consider things like word mark and symbol lockup, social media (readability at 25 to 50px - in an Instagram bubble for example).
- a relevant color palette
- typography recommendations
- photography style guidelines
- basic website design (likely in Squarespace or other similar platform, may need some custom coding)
- company templates (business cards, letterheads, powerpoint template, etc.)
- all of the critical brand design elements above mentioned bundled into a simple BI guideline.
Right now, we're looking for a freelancer who can show that they've done this kind of work before to a great level. Not concerned about whether or not it is within the healthcare space...
