Design me a logo

We are looking for a new logo for our lounge bar/food operation. We were more of a pre-club party bar for many years as we have a nightclub upstairs. We have slightly changed the business model to a more cool lounge bar with daytime/evening food offering + coffee culture, still layed back and getting lively later on in the evening. We also have large bi-fold doors opening out onto pavement/street decking area. Old exterior logo attached (THAT BAR in capitals in a red/black/white colour scheme) which is the branding we want to change. Also attached new interior logo that we would like to retain as warm glow light feature but we were thinking of a colour scheme of a duck egg blue text on a warm buff/mocha/modern brown background and include word lounge so - ‘That Bar’ Lounge - possibly in signature style?
