Easy: Company logo (I need a couple of different files)

Hi, I'm starting a business and I need a logo. I got a clear vision of what I want, however I lack the skill of pulling it off by myself. Therefore I'm here. I've attached the concept of the logo I want.
- The font should not be the same as the one in the picture. Choose a different, professional-looking font. Should be some type of standard font.
- The letters say "IA VENT", with a V in front of it that is connected to the arrow thing.
- The thickness of the "V" shape should be just as thick as the rest of the arrow thing.
- The thickness of the letters should be just as thick as the small arrows inside of the arrow thing.
- My picture is a simplified demonstration, you need to make it better, professional-looking.
The files I need:
- Vector files (very important since the logo will be printed on products)
- PNG
- JPEG
- Source file if possible =)
I'm quite confident this should be a quite easy task for many of you to pull off. Looking forward to hearing from you, and I'm hoping we reach an agreement. If you manage a good job, I will always consider you if I need any future help.
