Emblems for the Robed Orders

I head up a small non profit group called THE WAY OF TRUTH. It's a spiritual group that does meditation. The group has several "Robed" Orders that each have a different focus. I am interested in designing simple, but elegant emblems that represent each of the six Orders. They should all have a geometric shape around them to be congruent. The shape can be the same, or it can vary, but they need to feel like they are connected by some visual device. Best to create them in color, but so that they can easily translate into Black and White.
The first is the LAVENDER ROBE ORDER. This Order is connected to the Knights Templar, and the Secret teachings of Jesus and Mary Magdalene. I think the image for this will be the fleur de lis, in color and black and white, probably enclosed in a geometric shape like a ring or a hexagon that has some dimensions to it.
The second is the BLUE ROBE ORDER. This group is connected with Earth's place in the galaxy, ley lines or grids, and with star knowledge. The image for this will probably be one or two or three celestial stars, again enclosed within a ring or hexagon or geometric shape.
The third is the GREEN ROBE ORDER. These folks are healers, and obviously work with plants and the Earth. So it could be a plant like a lily, a lotus, or a cloverleaf, or even the Earth itself. I'm not sure, but with a motif that is congruent with the others.
The fourth is the WHITE ROBE ORDER. This group is composed of the Masters from the GREAT WHITE BROTHERHOOD. Perhaps a diamond cut with rays shooting out, all enclosed in a similar geometric motif.
The fifth is the BROWN ROBE ORDER. This group is composed of scientists and scholars. So perhaps an open book with light coming out of it, again enclosed in a geometric shape.
The sixth is the GREY ROBE ORDER. This group serves both the Light and the Dark, so we are dealing with duality here. So something that says that.
I'm not in a super hurry, but it would be nice to work on it in December and have it done sometime in January.
I know that some of these are very fast and easy to do, because I do work in Photoshop, but I would just like them executed with a little more finesse and professionalism than I am capable of. Ideally I'm looking for someone who vibes with this project, and and do a good job. And if you are super busy or on vacation on December, it can wait until January. But if this is your cup of tea, then I'm around over the holidays and this month, and we can do it faster. After this, I will be needing a new logo.
