I need a logo designer to refine my rough draft logo

Hello, my name is David, and this is my first time using freelancer online. I have a small family business that I am currently in the process of starting. So I have a logo that I have already designed, but I am not an experienced enough artist to give it that nice, high quality looking finish. I have already chosen the specific font I desire, and the general layout of the logo. The rough draft I have was drawn up using the basic Paint 3D program on my laptop, saved as a PNG file. I am interested in having a talented designer take a look at my design and giving it the final touch it needs. There are some images in the logo that could benefit from a skilled hand reshaping/refining them. Such as s few trees, a wolf, and some clouds. The general scheme behind this logo is the usage of silhouettes. Overall general shape of the whole logo is roughly a circle. This will be my first logo I have ever designed and turned into a functioning marketing tool. So I would definitely appreciate having a designer who's capable of choosing the right format to design the logo in to fit my needs. I will eventually be turning the logo into a matte finished sticker to apply to packaging. For reference, the sticker would be a little larger or double the size of a 50 cent piece. I will also be using the logo on employees shirts. And having a way to effectively shrink it down to put it on paperwork or my website would be fantastic. And hopefully one day, I will scale it up onto a billboard! I am a passionate person who cares deeply about high quality craftsmanship over "half a** full blast" work.
