I need a new logo designed for my website

I have an e-commerce website that will sell ethnobotanical products, and the original logo isn't flashy enough, and doesn't transfer well to product labels. I'd like a new logo designed that pops a little more, has more color, sizes up well, and can incorporate a version or at least some aspects of the attached globe image.
