The name of the restaurant will be Taco Takeout. We are looking for someone who can create Mexican Takeout Restaurant concept. We are starting from scratch. We need a logo and a menu designed. we wanted to be a simple modern takeout concept. we would like a couple of ideas until we decide on one. The demographics of the area are 65% white, 15 % Hispanic, 15% African American and the rest Asian. I am looking for someone who is willing to communicate thru the process and we are open to ideas and to change some details that will improve the outcome of the project.
