Update to existing company logo

We're a small company who will have been trading for 20 years as of next year, so we would like to take this opportunity to add to our existing logo (attached) something similar to the Qantas' "Celebrating 100 years" logo (also attached). The only thing we don't like about Qantas' logo is the date range (1920-2020) so in lieu of this would like an established date and have it say 'Est. 2000'. We would also like it to match our existing logo in colour in the same way Qantas logo matches theirs. Any questions please contact me at nick@[login to view URL]
I've put in multiple copies of our existing logo in case you need a certain quality.
We will likely put this new logo in the signature of our emails and on documents/letterheads etc.
