Build me a face-recognition webapp for delegate registration

I need a very basic face-recognition webapp for delegate registration I'm hosting a conference and want delegates to register in advance, providing * username * image (passport style photo - no smile / unique image) * area of interest A / B / C / D On the day of the event delegates arrive and either look at the camera (face match to database) ** or display their unique image If face / image matches database of registered delegates - display Green Border around webcam captured image, and - display Room Number for Next Session If NOT matched - display Red Border around webcam captured image, and - display message to Validate Registration at reception ==== Please use existing models - this is a POC - and budget does not extend to building custom model (yet) Please suggest your approach, including model, framework, and effort required NOTE : This is an internal workshop - so no need for email validation / etc This is intended to be an Intro to ML for beginners, thus the desire to use ready trained models, and highlight the most common useful extensions
