Troubleshooting Apple Iphone sync with Lotus Domino Traveler

'm trying to install an email client on an iPhone Xs which was working fine with Domino 8.5.3 and see below
Iphone on IOS 13 cannot verify server after upgrade from Domino v 8,5.3 to v 10.0.2 FP2. Traveler v10.0.1 FP2 Error retuned when installing generated Traveler profile on iPhone is 'the account cannot be verified - an error occurred while contacting the server'. If this messaged is skipped the sync does not work and error reoccurs
I cannot install it manually as well?
