Magento Experts Only (fedex API)

I need this completed in less than 5 hours. I have a magento website. I need to do the following: 1. In admin i select in fedex shipping some options. Lets call them options ABC. Now when a client goes to my front-end i want them to select their preferred date of delivery (example January 12, 2016). Then, i need you to make a fedex api customization and get the "Estimated deliver" date for each option ABC. 2. Then show the option that is closest to the client's date (January 12, 2016). Underneath it show also the other options with their estimated dated of delivery besides them. Shipping can be fedex, or manual shipping options [login to view URL] . To this point everything will be in magento theme. 3. After that we need to take all the client's selections and pass them to the checkout. So when the client goes to checkout page the shipping is already preselected. Client will need to add exact shipping delivery address etc but all the rest is magento default. Maybe we need to add a different checkout page just to make it look awesome. if you feel for any reason not sure or you can't understand my writing above please, do not bother in bidding and wasting my/your time. I need someone to get this done quickly and to start right away. :)
