1. Create all the custom attributes for products.

2. Create product tax settings & tax classes like [url removed, login to view] .

3. Create script to insert all the products & categories with attributes & tax classes into magento database.

4. Create script that will automatically create new products from DB.

5. Create script that will automatically update magento product prices & Inventory.

6. Create script that will disable products that are not in database anymore.
