We have a Magento store and we would like to also have the following apps and functionality
Admin App and functionality for web admin
1. Add/Edit Products:
o Admins can add/modify products to the Magento store directly from their mobile devices.
o such as name, description, price, SKU, stock levels, and barcode information. If barcode info is not entered or incorrect with the scan function should be able to add and save. Multiple barcodes option should be also available in case a product has multiple barcodes.
2. Scan/search inventory update window:
o This window will scan barcode or manually search to a product to see how many on order allocated and how many available and if necessary to update the inventory
3. Price lists upload functionality by excel
4. Edit/assign Reps
o Assign reps a price list
o Assign customers
o Assign reps commissions if needed
Sales Rep App:
> Sales user will have Overview of assigned customers, recent orders, and key sales insights. They will have the option to
- Customer Management Screen – Sales reps can view, search, and manage assigned customers. - Customer Order History Screen – Displays past and active orders for selected customers.
- Product Lists– Browse products with pricing tiers with Qty box to add to order, show any promo stock details, and filters. – a button to see their cost price
Product Details Screen
– View full product information, including bulk pricing options. - Add to Cart Screen – Add products for a customer, adjust quantities, and view total pricing.
- Ability for the reps to create/enter their own price list
- Apply Discounts Screen – If authorized, sales reps can apply special discounts or bulk order pricing. - Checkout Screen – Select a customer, finalize order details
- Order Tracking Screen – View live updates on pending and completed deliveries. - Sales Reports & Commission Screen – Track sales performance, earnings, and completed transactions.
- Profile & Settings Sections: Notifications Screen – Enable or disable alerts for new orders, promotions, stock updates.
Admin will be having below mentioned roles & responsibilities on their side: - User Management. - Product & Inventory Management - Order Management – Pricing/price list & Discount Management - Transaction Management - Notifications & Alerts - Role-Based Access Control

Customer: Home Screen – Features trending products, special offers, and categories apply filters, and sort by various criteria .
Product Listing Screen – Users can browse products with Qty box, show any promo , , Barcode Scanning Product Details Screen – Displays product description, images, stock levels, pricing, promotions (eg. Buy 2+ Gget £) . Add to Cart Screen – Users can adjust quantities and view the total cost of selected items. Checkout Screen
