I run a Google Form that feeds my audience, and I’d like every new submission to kick off two things automatically through [login to view URL] (formerly Integromat). First, the full response should be appended to a Google Sheet for easy tracking and filtering. Immediately after that, I want Mailchimp to send the appropriate follow-up email to the respondent—no manual exports, no delays. You’ll build a clean, reusable [login to view URL] scenario that: • Listens for each new Google Forms entry • Writes every answer to a specified Google Sheet (creating the sheet/columns if they don’t already exist) • Adds or updates the contact in Mailchimp and triggers the correct follow-up email, using merge fields so the message is personalised I need the scenario fully tested with sample data, error handling in place for duplicates or missing fields, and a brief Loom or written walkthrough so I can tweak the flow later on. No need to touch any external databases—Google Sheets is all I require for storage.
