Here’s what I need from you: • A complete marker pen design (body, tip, and refill system) optimised for inexpensive mass manufacturing. • An ink recipe or sourcing guide that secures months-long shelf life in the pen yet dries in seconds on the writing surface. • Bill of materials with indicative costs and suggested suppliers. • Prototype or CAD files ready for printing/machining plus clear assembly instructions. • Short test protocol I can replicate to prove longevity, flow consistency, and adhesion on both specified surfaces.
