Soft Drink development

I would like to find an individual or company to develop a drink concept at a reasonable cost for the flavour/ingredient development initially which may lead to production in the future. The drink will be aimed at children hence low sugar, no additives, juice content will be essential etc. Please provide me with any information as to why you may be suitable for this project and feel free to ask any further questions. The requirements for this project at the moment are: *An effective way to create a flavour for a drink, and once the recipe is developed a suitable manufacturer located in order to bottle, produce the drink.
