Market Research Website

Looking for a website, designer should have very good and professional design skills. Initially looking for a quick simple single basic site which will have a few basic pages that will be normal content information. I am initially more interested in design flair and imagination ! After and if successful possibly I will have a second website and then further on I will require both sites to be continully modified into complex professional websites, with links to various different databases etc. Eventually it will be a longer term relationship, I would also like the content to be managed by myself (I am told Joomla is good for this but open to all ideas). Please apply with examples of previous sites completed by yourself.
