Job Description:
We are Nirvaan Business Services Pvt Ltd., a leading BPO company based in India.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced business developer to help us expand our client base in the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our BPO services.
Responsibilities:
1) Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities in the USA
2) Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
3) Develop and implement sales strategies to reach and exceed sales targets
4) Prepare proposals and presentations to pitch our BPO services to potential clients
5) Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
6) Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress
7)Attend industry events and networking opportunities to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
1) 3+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the BPO industry
2) Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
4) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Scope of Work:
1) Conduct market research and identify target companies in the USA for BPO services
2) Build relationships with decision-makers at target companies
3) Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
4) Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
5) Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress
