We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and help expand our client base and increase revenue. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute business development strategies to grow sales and increase revenue. Identify and build relationships with new clients, suppliers, and partners. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Manage client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and services are delivered to satisfaction. Negotiate contracts and close deals with new and existing clients. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies for growth. Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the travel industry. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. In-depth understanding of the travel and tourism industry. Ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. Knowledge of digital marketing and online sales strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
