Field-based Garment Industry Sales Represantative

Sales Representative (Field-Based – Garment Industry) We’re looking for a proactive and street-smart Sales Representative who is comfortable working on the ground and building real connections in the market. This is not a desk job or purely online role — it involves visiting markets, meeting people, and understanding how the garment trade actually works at the ground level. What you’ll be doing: You will be visiting local markets and interacting directly with retailers, distributors, importers, and other businesses dealing in garments. Your main focus will be to promote and sell our products such as T-shirts, cargos, joggers, and shorts. You’ll need to build relationships with buyers, understand their requirements, and convince them to work with us. This includes discussing product quality, pricing, and negotiating deals. At the same time, you’ll be expected to keep a close eye on the market — understanding pricing trends, what competitors are selling, what products are moving fast, and what customers are demanding. Part of your role will also involve connecting with clearing agents (CHA) and understanding the garment import process, so you can guide buyers when needed. You’ll regularly share updates with us about your visits, conversations, leads, and overall market feedback. What we’re looking for: * Someone who is confident speaking to new people and building relationships * Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within markets * Basic understanding of sales, negotiation, and communication * Willingness to learn about the garment industry and import/export process * Self-driven and able to work independently What happens next: Initially, you may be given a short research-based task in the market.
