**URGENT** I need an American citizen/anyone who has Social Security to partner with me to gain access to PECOS. We will be signing a business agreement with reasonable compensation. The applicant should directly have it or know or source someone who can act as Authorized Official. The AO will need to sign forms and agreements which would be a one-time activity.
