- Using my marketing plan, identify target market segments in New Zealand (NZ) and on the Internet and work out how to find job leads in these segments (e.g.. newspaper job ads, job websites).
- Generate and follow up (by obtaining job descriptions) job leads in NZ and on the Internet.
- Assess and categorise fit of the potential job with my skill set (as a A, B, C fit or low fit).
- Put the A, B, C fit job leads in a list and send it to me. I will then decide whether to compose and submit applications for these jobs. (There may be further project work with the composing and sending of applications later on)
This is an initial, small project to see how well it helps progress with my overall jobseeking campaign. The effectiveness of this project will be regularly evaluated during the project and at its end. There may be a further project if the effectiveness is good. The project will need good communication between the freelancer and myself to be clear about the job output requirements and the process involved in producing the required outputs.
The number of hours and pay rate for this project are to be agreed before the project start.
The ideal freelancer for this project will have strong skills and experience with generating and following up job leads. It is an advantage if the applicant has good marketing and administrative skills.
