Your mission: Identify skilled workers already freelancing, and convince them that the opportunity to join a startup as an equity-holding Partner on ******** is more substantial than their current project-by-project grind - and, can be done at the same time. What You’ll Do Find the Right Mindset: Locate freelancers who secretly want to build something of their own, but lack the idea or co-founder. These are people who say, "I’m tired of building other people’s visions." Pitch the Gamble: Explain that on **********, Partners don't bid for cash gigs. They review Founder projects and offer to build them in exchange for equity. No upfront payment. Just ownership. Activate 3-Month Free Access: Provide your recruited Partners with a 3-month premium code. During this time, they can message Founders, review connection requests tied to specific projects, and negotiate equity splits. Localize the Message: In your country/municipality, freelancing is stable but capped. Startup equity is risky but uncapped. Help locals understand why one great idea beats 50 small invoices. You get bought out."* What We Are Looking For Local & Connected: You live in the target municipality and know where skilled freelancers congregate (coworking spaces, dev meetups, design slacks, GitHub local chapters). Understands Equity vs. Cash: You can explain vesting, dilution, and risk without scaring people away. You know this is for gamblers, not gig workers. Quality Focused: You will reject freelancers who just want another cash gig. You only bring Partners who are ready to build for ownership. Performance Metrics (How You Get Paid) We pay for Active Partners (APs) – defined as: Signs up using your unique code. Selects "Partner" profile type (not Founder). Is active on platform a minimum of (10) Days in a 30 day period. Within the 3-month free period: Sends at least 3 project inquiries OR accepts 1 connection request tied directly to a Founder's project. Compensation Structure Base monthly stipend: $[50] for market research and reporting. Per Active Partner: $[1] per qualified Partner who meets the above criteria. Retention bonus: $[1] if your Partner is still active (has not switched back to cash freelancing) after 60 days.
