We are expanding outreach team for a portfolio of industry-aligned postgraduate programs aimed at Indian working professionals and fresh graduates who wish to upskill. To keep our pipeline strong we now need enthusiastic freelance admission counselors—ideally lady freelancers already based in Pune—who can take charge of two core activities: • Hosting or co-hosting lively webinars that showcase the career impact, curriculum highlights and enrolment options of each program. • Responding promptly and knowledgeably to every question prospective students raise before they apply, whether the query comes in during a session or afterward via phone, chat or email. You will receive marketing collateral, slide decks and program FAQs from me; the creativity in tailoring the message for each webinar and individual counseling sessions with personal touch in follow-ups . There is no hard deadline on the project: I’m interested in building an ongoing collaboration where we schedule webinars regularly and convert the resulting leads into enrolments Product training will be provided by host from time to time .. Deliverables I track each month – A lead sheet showing initial contacts and status after your follow-up – A short reflection note on common questions so we can sharpen future content If you love guiding learners, have a persuasive yet empathetic communication style and can commit to a consistent engagement , we would like to hear how you will approach Commissions from each enrolment will be generous
