Y-Strap is a small but growing company that manufactures and sells a medical device: the Y-Strap. This product is used by chiropractors, osteopaths massage therapists and other well-being therapists to stretch the back and relax the muscles.
Our product is sold worldwide, having the US as our main market, but with all other countries as a target to expand.
As a key partner for our success, our Sales and Marketing Lead stimulates the growth of Y-Strap's sales by finding, contacting and closing deals with distributors that could be interested in selling our too and stimulates the growth of Y-Strap's virtual world and ensures that our users are brand-aware, passionate and loyal.
The manager needs to have strong communication skills to promote interest in our product and brand, using marketing tools that will be disclosed during the interview.
The manager needs to be fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
The role has the following tasks:
Market research to find potential distributors worldwide
Contacting the distributors by email, mkt tools and potentially phone.
Closing initial deals.
Social media content marketing planning execution
Growing our social awareness and engagement
Community management of Instagram and Facebook
Organising promotions and giveaways for our community
Fluency in English
Experience with marketing and sales tools (please disclose in CV/cover letter what tools you know)
Autonomous and self-driven
A great planner and executor
Valuable skills or experience:
Experience with medical device sales.
Dedication and salary:
100% remote work, part time, 4 hours a day, without pre-established schedules. Hours can be shared between days, but daily work is preferred.
The salary is € 21k per year full time + incentives, that would be adjusted to the part time dedication.
As incentives we pay 70€ per closed distributor (first order achieved) and 2% of the distribution turnover achieved through the leads that you have closed and managed.
