Teaching Gunning's Foundations of Analysis

I need an experienced mathematician to teach Robert Gunning's Foundation of Analysis. The goal is to build a foundation for a career as a research mathematician or physicist, for an advanced math student in NYC starting next fall Requirements: - Deep knowledge of introductory analysis - Willingness to teach Gunning's textbook - Strong teaching skills for one-on-one sessions Ideal Skills and Experience: - Graduate degree in mathematics - Ability to teach in-person in Manhattan - Experience teaching top college math students Student has done basic linear algebra, multivariable calculus, and currently taking group theory on AoPS but has not seen topology, real analysis, differential forms, manifolds, etc. Lovely kid, 16yrs old, enrolled at Stanford Online High School. Will be taking freshman honors physics at Columbia concurrently. Avid hiker and makes custom knives.
