Editing Matlab code for continious fermentation simulation

I am beginner in Matlab. I need to simulate fermentation process in continuous mode with recycling using two different models . I have completed the most important part however I still have error in the script which doesn't let the code to give the expected right result. I am looking for someone who is expert in Matlab programming with Biological or chemical background , please I don't need some one without chemical or biological background as you will waste my time and your time to understand what I want exactly.
