Simple Signal Processing in Matlab

Hi, i need help with a few tasks involving simple signals on Matlab. If you are familiar with signal processing in matlab won't take more than a few hours. I need you to write a report with the code in matlab and the answers of the following 3 tasks. Keep it simple as you can.
1 ) Create a noise signal in high frequencies using FIR-filter. Display the statistic and frequency characteristics- features and contrast them with the ones of a white noise signal.
2) You been given a FIR-Filter with coefficients b = [b0,b1,b2,b3,b4] = [0.0201 0.2309 0.4981 0.2309 0.0201].
a) Describe its behaviour in frequency domain.
b) Calculate the impulse response.
c) Confirm its operation by applying it to a signal segment from the file brainwaves.mat. (attached).
3) a) Create a m-file for calculate the max value using the sliding window strategy.
(running-max filter or “maxfilter” function).
b) Give an example of its action in the field of time.
c) Describe the system in terms of its behavior in the field of Frequencies.
d) Prove if its a linear time-invariant system (LTI system).
