The concept must revolve around a mainly metal construction; stainless-steel or a similarly body-safe alloy is my first choice because I want a solid, weighty feel and the ability to sterilise the parts thoroughly between uses. Comfort and controlled resistance are key. I picture an internal mechanism that lets me fine-tune tightness or spring resistance without sharp edges or pinch points. Every surface that contacts skin has to be smooth, seamless and simple to rinse or disassemble for deeper cleaning. Hermetically sealing electronics is not required—this is a purely mechanical build—so your energy can stay on smart geometry and clever fastening methods. I would like you to take the project from concept sketches to manufacture-ready 3D CAD. If you can also suggest prototyping options or suppliers accustomed to small-run metal parts, that is a plus.
